Below are a few of the regular events taking place in the Tamar Valley.

The main summer exhibition is back in August 2023 with many artists participating, presenting a diverse range of artwork, influenced by our beautiful and inspiring Tamar Valley. Celebrate this profusion of different art forms and materials, which range from oil, acrylics, graphite to making work in glass, ceramics and metals. There is something for everyone with styles ranging from landscapes, seascapes, figurative to contemporary abstract artwork. This exhibition is followed by our annual Open Studios event, where you can visit many of the exhibiting artists in their place of work. You can experience the studios and see how the artists develop their finished pieces.

The Dante Summer Festival is being put on hold during 2024, replaced with a scaled down mini festival  based at Lavethan between 9-11 July  featuring The Brodsky Quartet and some favourite guest artists. In July 2025 it will reappear renamed as the  Bodmin Moor Festival.
